Notch now wants to force mass migration on another country.

There is a need for Mexicans. When I was in Texas some years ago, the 'wetbacks' as they were called were often the only ones working outside in the stifling heat - gardening, painting, contruction, etc. Bit like the Polish for us, if they all went home the menial jobs wouldn't get done. And the Tex-Mex was excellent over there. Americans are fortunate that Mexicans aren't from THAT religion.
