I really dont know the answer to that.

We in this country will profil foreign own restaurants or take aways , most in these work establishments will not look English born and bred. So when entering these premises they will ask questions of anyone who works there.

This is profiling but its also effective. Do you disagree with this and is this the sort of thing that goes on that your referencing to?
