The previous negotiations with Hamas broke down in July, on the day Macron announced France was to recognise Palestine as a state. This was followed by others including UK and the US openly stated this move emboldened Hamas and hindered peace talks.

So the breaking of the ceasefire was not the fault of Hamas. And Israel (and USA) used the firing of rockets by a non-Hamas group to recommence the genocide.

There wasn't a ceasefire in July.

TBH labour attack themselves daily. The current lineup are clueless on how to present themselves. Trumps lot got a deal of sorts despite Starmer, Macron and whoever runs Canada at the min. You called out the Tories. Spot on. You call out Trump. IMO horrible man. Fair play. When he turns out a decent result though, why not man up and accept it.
