TV Cables Behind Plaster Board... Can't seem to move them!!!

got a plasterer coming to sort the kitchen where they appear to have PLASTERED over the SCART and AV cable!! Not even a trunking

Cables are often just plastered over.

If you've got a plasterer coming, just cut the boarding away from where those cables are and remove/replace them, and have him patch it up.

Have you engaged a good plasterer, or a poor one?

What decorative finish are you planning?

Well I have never used him before but a friend recommended him.
I just want a smooth flat finish so it looks like its never been touched.

Tap on the wall to find the hollow and solid areas.

You may only have to notch the plasrerboard where the solid parts are, and fish the new cables through the hollow bits.

Have done it many times, make sure you use the joint mesh tape and when plaster is dry, rub down hard with glass blocks on all joints then apply Easi-fill 45 over it then very very lightly rub it down with fine grade glass blocks, will be dusty because it's a very fine filler but it's a fantastic smooth finish and you won't notice at all
