Would appreciate some advice please. I want to put a TV signal booster unit in my loft to feed separate TV aerial cables in the house. The only power source in the loft is the upstairs lighting circuit - can I connect the signal booster to this circuit ?

Yes, but use a dedicated connection: either a 2A plug and socket or a clock connector.
Many thanks for response. Forgot to mention the lighting circuit is only 2-core (no earth wire). Does that alter advice ?
