clock dont have a problem with it although if some were offended by it I suppose the same message could be conveyed via a written note on a daily basis or weekly basis letting them know how long till there execution date dare say they are that thick that they may not be able to read so a daily or weekly verbal message may have to be used same principle for any one else awaiting execution imo

As for the bloke who tortured raped and killed that 6 year old

I would probably make an exception for him , parents would be consulted (?)

probably use him to test some vaccine on or some other prototype medical treatment

obviously he would volunteer but any pain he suffered would be negated by the fact that he knew he was doing good for society

and helping out others .
