We're having a kitchen makeover. The wife is keen on an all-electric oven+ 4 hobs. What kind of load would a setup like this typically use if all on at once? I don't really want to have to upgrade CU or fuse if possible.
What does an electric oven alone use (with gas hob instead of the electric one). Manufacturers' websites don't seem to bother with this information.

a typical domestic single oven made for the UK market uses about 12 Amps

An electric hob uses a lot more

gas hobs cook better.

A regular standard cooker with single oven and four rings usually connects to a dedicated circuit rated at 32amps.

It all depends on the cooker. Ceramic and induction rings take more power but usually they come as separate items (ie separate hob and oven).

What is the cooker circuit in your house rated at. It would be easier to start there and then find something that could connect to it.
