Uber complaints

I've tried to email Uber about one of their drivers. They don't seem to have a email address for this purpose.
It seems I have to set up an account to be able to make a complaint...

There are some problems with it though in my own experience it’s been good. Some drivers accept bookings and then cancel just to get a cancellation fee.

I get my takeaway delivered by my local curry house ; not by an intermediary from a curry house in Birmingham, or Brussels, or Shangai.

all charge a fee.....
but they also create monopolies, then screw as much dough out of the system for shareholders whilst paying as little tax a possible.

it is time for a digital tax

But Uber sets the fare and prices. So not alike at all.

Uber aren't the sole provider of taxi services, so not a monopoly.
