Wrong lens flare does not appear from behind another object - starship you must either be not looking at the vid or you are looking on a small device as the ship turns it slowly becomes visible it is clearly an object behind the starship. You have ruled out a separation plume so only a real physical object option remains

Of course it can appear that way. As a light source (clouds) move onto frame they reflect light and in this case cause a second source of lens flare.
