To be negotiated, (which the quitters tell us will be the easiest and fastest in history), if we have a divorce deal.

It looks like the government are now pedaling, "TM's deal or no Brexit" as the tag line:

The EU do bespoke deals and arrangements.
They do. And they all take time, and they will all have to dovetail with the legal environments in every country in the EU.

One of which will be recognition of and agreement to be subject to the jurisdiction of the ECJ.
