been happening for years. theres only a finite supply of officers on the ground, despite all the crap the govrnment spouts out about more police officers.

I can understand that calls are dealt with according to how urgent they are but 3 hours before they got a call back.

This of course is assuming it is all true, it wouldn't be the first time a newspaper has over egged a story.
