I'd just like to inform you all that Uncle Bens Sweet & Sour sauce whilst looking delicious is vile and I am now heading tp the nearest receptacle to relieve myself!

Are there any one who actually likes this ****?

Most sauces in a jar seem to be dire. Tried a Dolmio pasta sauce recently, ended up binning it and going to the chippie.

Some of the fresh pasta sauces aren't too bad, but the long life ones in a jar are probably pumped full of MSG, colours, salt and preservative. The curries in a jar taste nothing like a curry.

As said, best home made.

used to use the asda low fat sauces - they were delish.

Uncle Bens rice - the microwave stuff - now there is something pretty disgusting about it - the flavour is off and it also smells a bit nasty....... or is it just me?
