Hi can anybody help me out here, my neighbour has broken one of her TRV valves right off the base and asked me for help. She has other identical ones so I took a head off of another radiator as a sample but I just cannot match it up on the net.

I took a Drayton TRV4 I had spare and tried that but of course the threads don't match so it is of no use and I know they want it to be replaced with an identical one really.

It seems to have the word BOSS written on it in funny letters but that has not helped me on the net, maybe someone else will be able to identify what make it is and maybe where I could get one. I tried all the usual sites on the net. The only other markings are 1 to 5 with a darker 3 and the frost symbol and a funny Greek pie shape if that helps. I don't mean a pie you eat but the mathematical pie symbol before anyone starts. It is white with vents on 3 sides. I think the word BOSS has got to be the biggest clue.

Any help appreciated.

Boss rad valves are supplied by PTS(plumbing trade supplies) if it`s only a couple of year old it should be the same as a plumbcentre Bulldog valve.. Only difference is boss valve has a bit of chrome on the head and the bulldog is all white
