Avonmouth underwent a modernisation last year and is now classified as a "super bakery" as it is now capable of producing a lot more so other older bakeries become obsolete.
The company is not the best to work for, the mechanics had there contract renewed and now find themselves working for Riders and there pensions and pay have suffered.
