Universal ibox hansgrohe leaking

Hi Guys,

I've got a Hansgrohe iBox and it seems to be leaking from the blanking nut, I've tightened this with PTFE tap but I still see a small puddle on top. Should there have been a rubber washing inside this?

Anyone familiar with this product?

If by blanking nut you mean an unused connection, these are better sealed with Loctite 55. The screw in connectors / adapters have the threads "roughed up" ready for the Loctite string.

If you mean something else, a photograph would be useful.

Yes it's for the unused connection. I've just also read about the Loctite 55.
