Upgrade power on electric shower

    want to upgrade shower from 8.5kw to 10.5kw is that ok ? what to look out for re electrics

    Probably better in the electrics forum but cable size, route and rcd/mcb/rcbo requirements are but a few.

    You will need a 45A or 50A over-current device plus RCD, and

    depending on the cable installation method, 6mm² or 10mm².
