Hi all
Im having a barn converted which will be used for a business.
There will be four rooms which will have quite a number of sockets, lighting and a cooker point.
I have an electrician lined up for the work but just wondered will the 100A main fuse in the house take the extra load.

Is it a 100A fuse in the house? Most are not. What is the proposed additional load, and the existing load?

Additional load is -4x32a,2x6a and 1x30a
Existing load is - 4x32a,3x6a,1x16a,1x30a and 1x40a

What is the diversity of the existing and proposed loads, something your electrician needs to advise on!
If an application were to arrive with that info on my desk, I would return it for the correct info from the electrician, who will advise the maximum demand
