His link is actually trade price of eggs (30 cases). FOB, means delivery costs excluded. Its the price Free On Board, whuch means loaded onto a lorry etc, not delivered.

The egg prices refer to the national FOB average prices of white large eggs in wholesale markets, calculated based on the cost of 30-dozen cases of caged shell eggs.

You've shown that eggs prices at wholesale may be cheaper now, but other costs combined have made them dearer for the customer. The price paid by the customer.
