Not really a plumbing question but I work with a guy who recently registered with IGEM and CIPHE. He is a self employed contractor and has made some business cards and after his name he has used the letters "IGEM, MCIPHE RP". I laughed and thought it was a bit pretentious. I imagine a few people here are registered with CIPHE and the like so does anyone else do this?

i 've never found any advantages of being with them people can see my C&G if they wish
i have several, i could use some or all of them but see no real point in putting a title on something that is totally irrelivent. as above the IOP/IPHE/CIPHE or whatever they call themselves this week, lost its sense of direction years ago and has had some stupid ID changes that no one knows or cares who they are any more!
