    I've got a Combo (2006) with windows in the rear doors. I want to block these windows as I want to start leaving the odd item (low value) in the van.

    You can buy blanking plates;

    But these blanking plates are a bit expensive for me. Couldn't I just get some of that dark window tinting?

    Any advice appreciated.

    I don't see why not, probably the easiest way of doing it, you might also be able to see out of the back from your mirror.

    Yes, I wasn't sure just seemed too obvious/simple/cheap - thought I might be missing something.

    Thanks.
