Veritas 8 keypad

Hello all,

Just installed new rkp and I cant get rid of tamper light. Keypad has power etc and is recognising the code.

Have tried powering down etc to no avail.

Any suggestions?

Fit the cover correctly.

Yep.

Are you testing with the main control panels cover off? Check the spring on the tamper switch on PCB in main control panel. The lid should push this switch in and hold it in. Spring may be bent, dislodged or missing?

Thanks both. The front cover wasn't on properly. Simple as that !
