Veritas R8 alarm two tone beep fault

So every ten mins or so the keypad emits a two tone beep. Green unset light is steady and system is unset.

Any advice please

Your sure it’s the alarm panel?
don’t recall a 10 minute beep scenario for the Veritas

It came from the keypad in the house. It's the chime sound but the system doesn't have entry chime programmed

Changed it about half hour ago and so far so good

Sounds the same as the walk in entry chime.

I had a spare battery I found. Checked it with a meter and was good so popped it in the panel. Hopefully cured it.
Yeah unset light didn't flash

Ah it's back again! Two tone beep

It's the same sound as if you reset the system

I put it into walk test and no zones are showing open

Sounds power related.
How old is the replacement battery you found?,that could be faulty. Testing with multimeter does not prove if battery is ok.
