I have recently had a Veritas Intruder alarm installled in my appartments. Problem is that the electric is on a electricity pre pay card and every time the electric powers off the alarm goes back to factory settings and cannot be set to full alarm? It shows that there is a fault with zone 1 although I know that there is no PIR or contact for zone 1. I have no manual to hand and therefore have no clue how to re set! Anyone have the codes to reset full alarm?

Zone 1 is usually the entry/exit zone. What happens when you enter your code? if no response try 4321.

sounds like the installer has activated the service timer, to cause the system to lock up, till deactivated by engineer
