Texecom Veritas sound reduction (Ed.)

Hi
Can anyone help we have a texecom veritas alarm system, is there a way to set the full alarm but reduce the noise it makes when it’s setting as ours is really loud.
If not can the part set be changed so the silent alarm doesn’t set the alarm off straight away when front door opened?
