As per the title. My neighbours have timber clad 2 extensions, one either side of the original stone building in (I think) 6" T&G larch. Looked fantastic, but the latest elevation (done when relations with the builder were frayed!) has bulged out in several places. What would have caused this, and why only this bit? What needs to be done? All off and redo?

no way off telling with out getting intrusive but typical causes load on the top bellying out the cladding to allow the length to reduce or a structural component pushing out??
try to push the bulge flat and level and see what you find

Thanks for that. If looking down on the timber, the worst bulge would be close to 90 degrees- it's like flippin corner made of wood!
