Sorry this isnt really a central heating question, but does involve gas heating and I could find a better section.
We recently moved into our new house and in the lounge is a Villager Gas Stove.
The previous owner said that before we use it we must promise to get it checked out as she:
"Washed the Fake Coals and not sure if they were put back correctly" ???
We would like to get it checked out properly but wondered who do we call? not a normal plumber/heating engineer? Would they check the coals and all other things as well? Do they need a regular service just like out boiler?
Are there people that specialize in servicing and checking these stoves?
