Hi,
Got a quote on some lovely karndean "er indoors" had chosen, now my hallway is no longer than 3 metres, stairs line about 1 of that and then it's about 2m wide, so there was me thinking even at the higher priced range it would be "tolerable"....got a quote yesterday on what they need to do before even walking through the door and I nearly fell of the chair in the showroom.
It was the screed base i can't stomach, for what is already a 20 year old new build with concrete base (and laminate) I am not warming to those demands!
Anyway...are there any alternatives in the market? Is Vusta just the same? I've seen some of the install details and it dosn't sound as arsy.
With the effect she wants (slate) I was thinking i could even get natural tiles laid...what would the pro/cons be of this you think?
