Vokera boiler vision 25s always staying on

I have a vokera vision 25s that has had its pcb recently fitted due to a fault with the pcb , with the new pcb it works however it seems to be always on , the display is flashing the number of the temperature its currently at even when the programmer is not sending any singal to turn on the water/heating the boiler still seems to be on just not fired. Is this a pre heat feature and if so how do you turn it off ? As when you put up the temperature on the boiler it fires up until it reaches the temperature but does not turn fully off , there is nothing in the manual that says about a pre heat feature that I can spot any help would be great

Has your boiler fixererer removed the ta link on the new pcb?

As far as I'm aware the ta which is in for 2ch programmer, as it still works as normal

Was the pcb definitely the previous fault? Has the motorised valve been checked?

If it's an S there is no preheat as that's available only on a combi. The TA link may have been left in on the pcb. Any lights left on or flashing on the front panel?
