Our Linea 24 has a couple of problems, which initially, I don't even know if they are related;
- regularly locks out with error code 04 (which I understand is a low pressure/flow problem). This is I suspect due to a very noisy pump; if/when it resets, the pump is usually then quiet, so I suspect the pump is knackered, causing low flow rate.
- shower/taps on full-flow cycle hot-cold-hold-cold every minute or so
I know it's certainly not been serviced for at least 2 years; we've had a CORGI engineer take look, but not being familiar with the range, he has suggested we get a Vokera specialist in.
Is it possible these faults are connected? I'm trying to weigh up whether to go a fixed-price repair route, or "pay-as-you-go"...?
