Wall lights.

This is a repost with more accurate information and photos.
The room has 4 lights and a 2 gang switch.
One of the switches operates one pair. The other operates the other pair.
The problem is the decorator disconnected it.
Anyway
One pair of lights have been connected by me and work fine. Only a black and red wire. Easy.
The other pair have more than one wire.
2 black wires and a red wire and a possible brown sleeve ( see diagram). The other light is 2 red and 1 black. Please see photos and any help appreciated. I need to connect this pair. Thanks.

If the decorator disconnected it is up to the decorator to reconnect it. If he can’t do that it is up to him to pay for an electrician to do so.

You appear to be missing an earth wire(s) at one of the wall lights.

Maybe it's tucked behind the fitting.

You need to check this FIRST. If there is more than one earth wire hidden, it could mean other parts of the lighting circuit is not earthed.
