the dispanser is really dirty. i want it cleaned but it wont come out easily! can it be removed? are there any instruction booklets online?

a Bosch soap dispenser drawer usually has a bit towards the back that you can push down with your finger to release a catch and pull out the drawer. Give it a good scrub with hot water. You may also find black mildew in the receptacle. I use a a kitchen cleaner spray with bleach and a small nylon brush. Clean the upper surface of the slot as well. Once the bleach has killed the mildew it cleans off more easily.
these drawers tend to accumulate sludge from soap and fab soft, especially if you use too much. One way round it is to use tablets, balls, or put the powder through the door instead of in the drawer.
If there is also an accumulation of soap sludge inside the drum, do some high-temperature cotton washes with NO POWDER or fabsoft. Put old cotton towels in if you have them. If the water froths up during the cycle it will be with old accumulated soap which the hot water is starting to dissolve.
