I live a few mile further north, its a nice enough place I suppose - has a bit more going for it than the end of the world up here.
However, I too live in a non flood area, because I live on the side of a hill basically, so before I get flooded like darn sarf has been, an awful lot of people would have to have drowned first. Yet I do not expect my house price to rise because of it.
We get more rain all year around so see the floods down there as just rewards for better weather the rest of the year
