Problem job customer phoned in so office phoned me and told me customer had complained I was only fixing One fault.....
On been told the customer (Mr) that he'd had a discussion with me about some repairs I sent the following text to one of the girls in the office
"Hi, Conversation was about whether Range was Nat gas or lpg No discussion re faults just took details from logged call.
Think customers lying I've had no disscussion re faults at all !!!! Neither with the Mr or the Mrs.....they're trying it on.
Cheers ......"
Office phoned me and asked me who I'd sent the text to I replied naming the girl only to be told I'd sent it to the customer by mistake !!!!!! Oh dear Oh dear !!!
Turns out he was lying and trying to get more work done than he'd paid for ! They listened to all the recorded calls and established the fact !.......He didn't like been found out !!!!
