What certificate should a flueless gas fire have?

I've just had my flueless gas fire replaced by a gas safe engineer.

However I forgot to ask for the certificate - what specifically should I be asking for when I ring them?

Reading here: https://www.gassaferegister.co.uk/h...tes-records/building-regulations-certificate/ should I ask for a declaration of safety or a building regs certificate if it is just a replacement not a new installation?

OP: The only REQUIRED certificate is the Building Reg Notification certificate. He should register the fire and it can take a couple of weeks to arrive.

How is the fire?
Is the ventilator draughty?
