This morning, I’ve been digging about in my own poo! At 62 years old I’m on my second bowel cancer screening test - every two years when you reach 60 you get a kit through the door from the NHS - and it’s changed from last time.

Results back, all clear. Phew! I've already got prostate cancer and although it’s a very low Gleason score and I’ve been told it’s almost likely that I’ll die with it and not because of it, I couldn’t handle another one! Just this bloody Coronavirus to dodge. I seriously hope nobody on here cops for it, even those who I regularly argue with!

my father has prostate cancer -his score was 300 back in mid Feb.
he is having an injection every 3 months -consultant seem to think the levels would go down quickly and given he is 92, its not likely to be life threatening.

it sounds like you've tired of the job, Id say go for it -a change at least.

Bloody hell, 300! Mine is 4. I wish him well. I’m just on active surveillance and just gone up from 3 monthly checks to six. Annual MRI in April plus a DRE. "Finger up the bum, no harm done".

I’d be labourer for one but wouldn’t fancy being in charge or working for myself in other people’s houses. That’s why I fancy buying one to do myself.

Finish your own one first! Seriously, when I got permission to build a 3 bed house on a plot of land we own, I said to the wife old like to build it myself until my wife reminded me that I get fed up just self-decorating. ****ed right on my dream she did.
