What have you been doing today?

Working on an allotment in that kind of weather sounds exhausting, especially digging out covers. Respect for handling the heavy lifting at 62.

Yesterday I took our Tucson in for its first service at the Main dealership. Apart from the service, I had a potential issue with the drivers seat runner. A few months ago, it made a crunching noise when I moved it and a couple of ball bearings popped out. I gave them the bearings. Anyway, when I picked it up I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and for me to 'keep an eye on it'! They also over inflated the tyres - I noticed a harsh ride on the way home and left the windscreen wash bottle practically empty. This morning I was sent a feedback survey form asking me about my experience yesterday. I told them exactly what I’ve just said here. Within an hour I had a phone call apologising for the windscreen wash and tyre pressures but more importantly they have offered to have a proper look at the seat next month - said they wanted it for 2 days and have arranged a free loan car. First time I’ve ever had a response from a feedback survey.

I had to teach a couple of people how to close a front door and close it and lock it respectively

Reminds of the time at work when someone had to be taught how to use a sweeping brush
