I recently bought a brew house and can see that what I thought was a cat flap was being blocked from the inside, doesn’t seem to be that, so wondered what this is before I start trying to change or re-block it?

Tumble dryer outlet or air conditioning.
You can buy a new white panel or glass window for that but you will need to find the correct white uPVC colour.

Ok cool. So must be for a dryer then as no ac in the conservatory.
Replace the whole pvc panel?

Yeah.
You can buy cut to correct size if you measure.
I'd remove and take to local uPVC manufacturer or supplier. Match colour. Some can cut panel there and then while others have to order in.
Some have a security metal plate in to stop the blow torch burglar melting. Up to you if you want one of those. Last one I fitted cost £55. You will have to research bead removal and replacement

Are these similar to terminal of glass in windows? Remove the inserts from inside them pop the outside inserts?
