Struggling to make out your description and photographs.

Is this not just two regular 2.5mm2 twin and earth cables??

It's T&E that someone has stripped by pulling the CPC through the outer grey sheath, with both CPCs in the same piece of sleeving.

A better camera might save you having to do anything.

i think i could see the split in each of the outer sheaths were the T&E Earth cable would have been ripped back, thats how mine looked when i used to do wiring years ago.

For better or worse, unlike many others, this forum does not have such a facility.

    Kind Regards, John

You have done that, with your final post. There is a Thanks and a Like button, on the lower right of each post, which might be invisible until you hover over the area, at least they are invisible on my system..

They are not invisible, at least not to me, but they are very feint until one 'hovers over the area'.

    Kind Regards, John
