The floor area is roughly 24m2 so that would work out at about £200 so would you just pour that in one go and then have the "screeder-person" levelling it - meaning a job price in the region of around £500 give or take thereby allowing £300 for a days work or use that as a guide price for an all in one job

Thanks for asking jacko555 - So after researching everything and taking the best advice (From the DIYnot community) I managed to get a bit lucky and found a builder who is happy to help me project manage it. Essentially we use his tradesman who he has got established working relationships with. They bill me directly and I pay the builder/project manager separately for his time. We've secured a plumber for everything, plasterer, carpenter and an electrician and they're working at what I think are comparably good rates. The first fix has started within the last 7 days
