Bu88er, I have a thumping headache, steaming nose, and sore throat this morning. (no it's not a HO) Oh well, I'll try to obliterate it with some wine.

We will be starting with the old favourate prawn cocktail (my father likes it) then rib eye beef that is pot roasted with roast potatoes carots sprouts/chesnuts with my famous gravy..then cheese then finally christmas pudding alll washed down with a few bottles of gigondas

No xmas dinner here, just full english in the morning, rumpy 
, dog walk, then the whole of Lord of the Rings from start to finish, more rumpy, nibbles late pm, spot of work if I can sneak onto the pc, and that's that day gone for another year tfft, bliss.

I did my usual again this year. Turkey etc for everyone else & reheated a chesnut loaf made by my m-i-l for me.

Mingling, followed by, Tropical Punch.
Starters - Cuppa Soup - with a twist, (twist is it's gonna be in a bowl not a cup)!
Main meal - Carrot Crush with Stork knobs using Dave's dad's Carrots from Dave's dad's allotment
Sweet - Walls Vienetta.
Royal Family - Fantastic!

added to which I got the last Orgasmic Free Range Bronze Turkey from Tescos on Christmas Eve for £9.30 ha ha ha ha ha
I worked for Sainsbury's Xmas 1986 and it was amazing to watch the increasingly frantic shoppers.
The last frozen turkey had escaped the freezer cabinet and was on the floor. The wrapper had split & the bird was scuffed and grubby having been kicked around a bit.
Me and another temp. had to wrestle it off two old ladies that were fighting for it. We had a hard time convincing them it was unsaleable...
One even hit my colleague with her handbag.
