Hi, i'm buying a house and whilst driving by today i noticed that water was pouring off the roof and onto the pavement.

The house is a 2 bedroom mid terraced house.

I've attached a screenshot of the house where you can see, what appears to be some guttering at the top, but does not match up to neighbouring properties?

Can anyone conclude what's going on with this guttering? The house is the one in the middle of the picture.

Hard to tell from blurry phone pics but wouldn't be surprising (given the weather today) if some brackets have failed or someone has bodged the gutters. Some better pics would be helpful

Whats going on here is that we are in the middle of a storm - hence it rains a lot.

Also it appears that the house in question doesn't actually have a gutter?
Or is it that grimy and likely full of crap that its useless? Maybe it needs cleaning.

See the circled bits - the profile of what may or may not be there is not the same which makes me think its either missing, the wrong gutter or full of crud.
If it's the wrong profile you may also have the neighbours water flowing over the joint and down.
It needs sorting, probably replacing with new troughing, I suspect the other side needs doing too (and this leads me to wonder what else in the property has not been maintained)
