When do you walk off the job?

Only materials I used of my own, were two brown plastic raw plugs. I will ride that!

Oh no!!!

How can you afford to stand a loss that big?
What are you going to tell your accountant?
Rather you than me mate.

Well done for having the sense to walk. ;)

Will have to go without custard creams, with my cuppa for a while

I have now done a bit of research in to the builders, I am now very happy with my discission, seem to be some what of a cowboy outfit.

I get a bit jittery any time anyone mentions doing 2nd fix on someone else's work anyway, if they've had another spark I usually ask who it was and say that I'll need to speak to them first, usually chucks a spanner in the works at the first phone call, saves time!!

Interestingly enough ,i've just walked off my first job, customer constantly adding extra's ,not a problem, customer doesn't like 4 rads and wants me to swap them free of charge ,big doubles ,and for me to stand the cost ,don't think so.

Rehang them yep, maybe ,but not the cost of the rads ,just because he doesn't think there big enough..

Pulled off the job for a few days to let him decide what he wants to do.
