Which boiler ? Recommendations

For all you plumbers and experienced types :
In your opinion, Which is the BEST boiler (ie low maintenance and reliable) for the following situation:

Large 3 bed older style mid terrace - for rental market so we want something thats not breaking down every 2 mins. Dont mind paying a little bit extra for proven reliability. Hoping to use existing rads with it. Will be replacing the existing back boiler - ie re-siting to outside kitchen wall.

All this talk of combis and condensers makes my head hurt.

Powerflush system change all rad valves if not to bs2767 & fit a vaillant or worcester bosch NOTHING ELSE

not if you have specifiacally said you dont mind paying for the best.

these are mid range boilers, although not bad. however i think vaillant and worcester ARE proven boilers, especially the ecotech inside is stunning
