OK but where does Trustpilot come into it? Are the scores out of 5 for overall customer's impression of the boiler? How can I access the review site?

I had a similar issue with my daughters boiler, her existing Glowworm Ultimate had a rear flue, I couldn’t drop the boiler enough to reuse the hole for the flue and couldn’t raise the flue because of restricted ceiling height in the utility room.

I opted for a Vaillant EcoFit Pure 615 with a rear flue kit, been in a couple of years, all good so far.
