Widen chrome shower door

I've been given a good quality little-used chrome effect shower door. I would like to reuse it, but even when extended to its maximum width it is about 10mm too narrow for the aperture I want it to fill. Does anybody know where to buy chrome box section to widen a shower door? I think Wickes used to sell a suitable kit but don't seem to now.

Any advice gratefully received.
