Arrogance, I havent an arrogant bone in y body, ignorance well that is your opinion and not mine so maybe that is your problem.
I wasn't part of the negotiating party no. Had I have been, the outcome would have been totally different though. Trump would be well advised to have me as his military advisor that is a fact.
Some of us have been pointing all of this out for years, across myriad threads.
To be decried as "lefties", "commies", "Trump - deranged", and so on.
But you have pooh-poohed all of this yet, suddenly over the last few weeks, come to agree with all of it.
And attempt to distance yourself from your original views.

I have never distanced myself from my original views, far from it ,I stand by my convictions on those views and incidently this war with Iran and the way Trump has gone about it is a completely new war in which nobody could have commented on before as it did not exist until a few weeks ago. I don't alter my views for anyone unless there is good reason or evidence to alter them. I do not need Google or AI to form my opinions as I do my own research into any subject that I am vocal on. The BBC and other media sources are only taken with a pinch of salt by me. I have amazing insights and military knowhow as to arrive at my predictions (which generally are always correct) I am not swayed one way or the other, I am one of the most neutral and respected posters on this forum. No1 you might say.

It looks like some folk have already forgotten Israel's bombardment on Iran last year. And American bombing that explicitly celebrated destroying Iran's nuclear capability altogether.

That wasn't a war, that didn't close the strait of Hormuz, that didn't increase food and fuel prices to this wars extent. That was a precision based bombing campaign on specific targets.

They've failed to reach a deal. Main sticking point, the nuclear stuff.
Humankind will never learn it seems. Since year dot we've fought each other, and present day it continues. More than enough resources around the world for everyone to live well, and yet we choose routes like this. And when you think about the money spent on war it just beggars belief.
I am 100% confident if we ever establish a permanent base on the moon, the same thing will unfold up there.
