wiring problem

i have recently had my stairs replastered and removed the old switches.

I have bought new switches and do not no how to put them on i have 1 switch on the top of the stairs witch turns the hall way light and 2 switches down stairs.
One turns the hall light on and the other turns the hall entrance light on.

Up stairs there's two red wires one black one earth down stairs there's two lives two blacks and two earths.

Only one of the lives on the downstairs switch is live can someone help me connect these wires.
