Wood Burner and Oil Boiler

We have just negotiated to have a new external chimney installed for our new wood burning stove.

I am now considering having our planned replacement oil boiler installed outside, but adjacent to the fireplace.

Is it possible for the oil boiler to share the chimney with some kind of "Y" connection?

NO.
The oil fired boiler can have a low level discharge flue though.
