Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone with experience of Worcester Bosch boilers can offer some advice.

I have a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30CDi, and the boiler pressure keeps gradually creeping up during normal use.

The filling loop valve is fully closed, and the filling key has been removed, so I don’t believe water is entering through the filling loop.

The problem is that the pressure continues to rise throughout the day, and by the evening I have to bleed water from a radiator to bring the pressure back down.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or know what might be causing this?

Could it be a faulty filling loop valve, a passing plate heat exchanger, or something else?

Any advice on what to investigate or ask an engineer to check would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Is this with or without heating in use? If the latter then likley a passing plate, isolate the cold inlet and see if problem persists, if the former then blocked vessel and or communication pipe.
