No access to remove the expansion vessel from the top is it possible to drill the rivets out of the rear side panel and remove it sideways?

1 man job, I got 60 minutes. Can see it teasing me behind that flimsy side panel

nah, i turn any boiler off the wall job into LD. no hurry then.

Too much hassle getting it sorted out LD on a Saturday, might aswell just take the hit.

just change it yourself on the laptop. add the necessary time in the appointment screen. if you make it under 120mins no one can hassle you for it.
